Project Management is not just science but also an art. Managing projects also means managing people of various skills, cultures, attitudes and aptitudes.
This training module is the first one of its kind in Malaysia. It is X-periential training: We use a Simulator to create real life situations. Participants attending this course will implement a 24-week project using the Simulator. The Simulator will generate real life project issues and guide participants through with various solutions for the problems.

  • This course is tailored specially for Project Managers, project leaders and also project team members. It is also suitable for anyone who has been involved in any kind of projects such as technical or non-technical projects.
