Project Managers role is to ensure that project is on time, within budget and of quality. Project Managers achieve this through well planned activities and risk management. However, surveys reveal that more than 70% of projects are not delivered according to what was planned. This happens because Project Managers are never allowed to perform their work as planned. The biggest culprit that prevents PMs from performing is interruption.
