Dashboards

Our Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management dashboard is a data-driven platform that collects information during our health check on various key Critical Success Factors (CSF) and then displays them in an easy to understand visual. From here the user can use a drill-down approach to get further details on each CSF.

It can communicate the project status to your stakeholders at one sight, whether your project is on track, at risk of being off track, and add various different important project information such as project owner, due dates, links to important resources, and more.

Scope Changes

Our health check service will monitor the amount of scope changes and its impact on the project.

Project Schedule Diagnostics

Using a specialized tool, we are able to perform a detailed diagnostics on your existing schedule, identify any existing issues, improve schedule quality and maturity, compliance and accountability.

A comprehensive analysis will then be produced by our tool post diagnostics. Our project expertise will complement this analysis and produce a report on the health of the schedule.

Earned Value Analysis (EVA)

Earned Value Analysis (EVA) is one of the key tools and techniques used in Project Management, to have an understanding of how the project is progressing. EVA is a technique used to track the performance of project against project baselines. Using our expertise and an EVM calculator we are able to measure the amount of work actually performed on your project beyond the basic review of cost and schedule reports.

Risk Management

When it comes to project management, understanding the project risk landscape and knowing how to minimize risk impacts on your project are essential for success. As part of our health check service, we will analyse your risk register (if any) and will recommend any improvements. We will show you the extreme possibilities—the outcomes of going for broke and for the most conservative decision—along with all possible consequences for middle-of-the-road decisions. We will monitor regularly the most critical risks on the project that have been identified and will include those onto the dashboards and reporting.

Monte Carlo Analysis

Monte Carlo Analysis is a simulation technique that is based on Probability Theory; a range of possible outcomes and the probabilities that will occur for any choice of action. We will show you the extreme possibilities—the outcomes of going for broke and for the most conservative decision—along with all possible consequences for middle-of-the-road decisions. We are then able to provide an analysis of the probability of finishing the project within a certain time and within a certain budget
